Our 1-2-1 Coaching Services are delivered either face-to-face or over the telephone.  We normally recommend a face-to-face meeting at the start of the process.  It is imperative that the client believes they can have a trusting, beneficial and respectful relationship with their coach and a face-to-face meeting is usually the best way to establish this.

Once the key issues have been identified, the coach and client agree on the appropriate number and frequency of sessions.  The venue and medium for the sessions will also be agreed at this point.
