Why is preparing for your interview so important?

At Fire Dragon we provide interview coaching with a difference.  In addition to standard interview coaching, we use NLP and hypnotic techniques to help you communicate in the most persuasive way possible, tailoring your approach to the interviewer(s) you meet on the day.

What’s more, we also work with you to identify and eliminate any limiting beliefs or confidence issues you may have.  We work with you to release the most common limiting thoughts of “what if I’m not good enough?” or “what if I get found out” in order that you can present yourself with confidence and congruence.  We also use very specific techniques to diminish and release interview nerves.

We also take a slightly different approach to identify your work values and desires for your next role, to ensure you actually interview the company to establish whether it will deliver the right working environment and opportunities for you.  We work together to prepare a list the key questions that will give you the information you need to know whether it’s the right place for you.

With Fire Dragon Interview Coaching you can make sure that you arrive at your interview fully prepared and confident. In advance of your coaching session we take the time to study your CV and the details of the role you’re applying for so that we can prepare you for the most relevant and potentially challenging questions in advance of the big day.

What's the investment?

A full interview techniques coaching session lasts 3 hours and the investment is £300 + VAT.  The session can be completed either face to face or over Skype.
